Unlike traditional consultants who provide recommendations from the outside, GLS works shoulder-to-shoulder with owners and their teams to implement real operational change.

The focus is practical execution, improving financial visibility, installing accountability, building leadership, and creating systems that allow the business to grow without constant owner involvement.

About the Owner

GLS Consult is led by Luis Perez, an operations leader with over a decade of experience managing complex business environments.

Luis has:

• Managed multi-unit operations of up to 26 locations
• Led large teams through performance and operational turnarounds
• Built and launched a European business concept in the United States
• Worked overseas to develop and lead teams in a new operational model
• Served as a hands-on Fractional COO for growing small businesses

His approach is practical and execution-focused. Rather than offering high-level advice, Luis works directly with owners to strengthen leadership habits, build operational discipline, and develop teams so the business no longer depends on the owner’s constant involvement.
